Training
Training is key to the success of implementing any new system such as Unit4 ERP. The training plan has been developed to reflect roles and usage of the system, ensuring that all users are equipped with the right information, skills and knowledge to carry out their role.
The phase two training schedule will run from September to October
Due to the pandemic all face to face training will be delivered via Microsoft Teams as an interactive course with exercises for attendees to engage in. The duration of the training has also been increased to ensure quality is maintained. Sessions will be recorded for existing and new staff to view, at a later date.
Phase 2 training
Trainer-led sessions for heavyweight users
Sessions for this group will run from Wednesday 29 September to Thursday 21 October and will be trainer-led, virtual sessions using Microsoft Teams.
Line manager conferences
3-hour line manager’ conferences will be held every day from Monday 11 October to Friday 22 October using Microsoft Teams.
Council companies’ conferences
3-hour council companies’ conferences will be held on Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 October using Microsoft Teams.
Change champions’ conferences
3-hour change champions’ conferences will be held from Monday 27 September to Wednesday 29 September using Microsoft Teams.
Schools and academies conferences
3-hour schools and academies’ conferences will be held from Friday 8 October to Friday 22 October using Microsoft Teams.
